KORDON NATALIA offers programming and software engineering services. Work starts after acceptance of a separate quote or contract specifying deliverables, price, schedule and payment terms.
Delivery and acceptance
The client provides the necessary access, information and approvals. The parties define acceptance criteria, the review period and how discrepancies are corrected.
Confidentiality and rights
The parties protect confidential information. The contract sets out rights in the delivered code, treatment of existing components and dependency licences.
Liability and disputes
The contract defines liability and termination subject to mandatory rules. French law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections. Address complaints to KORDON NATALIA first. Applicable consumer mediation and remedies remain available.
