Requests and changes
A simulation can be closed at any time. For a service contracted with KORDON NATALIA, scope changes and cancellations are governed by the quote, contract and applicable law.
Consumer withdrawal
Where a right of withdrawal applies to a distance service contract, the period is generally fourteen days from conclusion of the contract. Consumers can give notice through an unequivocal statement, including by email.
Early start
Starting before the deadline requires an express request where required by law. If the consumer withdraws after work starts, a proportionate amount may be payable under statutory conditions. Loss of the right after full performance is subject to statutory conditions.
